The Role

Overjet's financial infrastructure is the backbone of a fast-scaling AI company, and this role exists to own it end-to-end. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for consolidating ownership of Overjet's financial systems, driving operational efficiency, and eliminating fragmented dependencies, reporting to our Head of Accounting. You'll love this job if you're someone who gets equal satisfaction from untangling a complex systems architecture and closing a clean month-end — someone who can read a data model as comfortably as a balance sheet. Responsibilities

-  Own Overjet's core financial systems stack (NetSuite, Pigment, and Salesforce) serving as the primary administrator, architect, and escalation point across all three platforms

- Consolidate systems ownership currently distributed across external contractors, building internal expertise and reducing third-party dependency

- Drive financial operations excellence by identifying process gaps, automating manual workflows, and improving data integrity across the finance stack
