The Role 🥳
Relevance AI is hiring a Director of Customer Support to lead and scale our enterprise-ready Global Technical Support function across three regions, delivering fast, high-quality resolutions and predictable customer experience at scale. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build a high-performing support organization, establish enterprise standards and processes, and define what AI-enabled support looks like at scale.
You’ll be inheriting a small but mighty support team that have already scaled their AI automation to handle ~80% of tickets autonomously, while also redefining what support looks like in an AI first world, while also building AI agents, using tools like Claude Code to improve the product and fix bugs, and assist with our online community support and education initiatives.
