We’re looking for a Director of Product Management – Global money movement, to own the strategy and execution for our fiat + stablecoin-based global payment infrastructure.

About the Role

You’ll define the product vision for our API-native, ERP-embedded global payments network, operating at the intersection of blockchain technology, enterprise finance, compliance, and developer platforms. This is a high-impact, founder-adjacent role with direct influence over company strategy and the evolution of programmable money in enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Vision: Define the end-to-end product vision for ERP-embedded global payments in a hybrid fiat + digital currency era.

- Architecture: Establish the north star architecture for an API-first, on- and off-chain settlement network for multinational enterprises.

- Opportunity Discovery: Identify opportunities across stablecoin money movement, real-time rails, liquidity orchestration, cross-border treasury, and programmable payments.

- Payment Primitives: Design primitives for stablecoin payments, multi-currency wallet abstraction, and compliance-aware transaction flows.

- Partnerships: Partner with integration, engineering, and external providers (banks, PSPs, stablecoin issuers, blockchain networks) to build and expand payment rails.

- Protocol Evaluation: Assess new chains, standards, and protocols for enterprise readiness.

Required Qualifications

- 12+ years of product management experience at director or principal level
