The Role As the Director, Workforce AI & Automation, we are seeking an AI and automation leader to drive the design, development, and deployment of our workforce optimization engine. You will focus on translating our workforce strategy into scalable, production-grade systems by integrating our strategic platforms, automating decision workflows, and embedding AI into our core processes. As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for building and operationalizing solutions that identify workforce skill gaps, recommend actions (upskill, hire, or augment with contingent labor), and continuously improve through feedback and data. You will be a hands-on expert who thrives at the intersection of data science, engineering, and product development—someone who can take concepts from ideation to production and ensure they deliver measurable business impact. You will partner closely with workforce strategy, HR leadership, and technical teams to ensure our AI-driven solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
