Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand in the personal care space with a strong e-commerce presence and retail distribution through major national retailers. The company primarily sells through its direct-to-consumer website, Amazon, and select retail partners, and is focused on improving website performance, conversion rate, and the overall digital customer experience as they continue scaling their online operations.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The E-commerce Manager will own and optimize the company’s e-commerce website, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization, landing page performance, and day-to-day site execution. This role works closely with the growth marketing team to ensure paid traffic, campaigns, product pages, landing pages, and onsite experiences are aligned and built to convert.
This is not a purely executional website maintenance role. The ideal candidate will bring both technical e-commerce expertise and strategic ownership, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend better workflows and tools, and continuously drive website performance and customer experience improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WEBSITE OWNERSHIP & ECOMMERCE MANAGEMENT
- Own the day-to-day management and optimization of the Shopify website.
- Ensure product pages, collections, navigation, landing pages, and promotions are accurate, optimized, and aligned with business goals.
- Manage ongoing site updates, campaign launches, product updates, merchandising changes, and website improvements.
- Serve as the internal ecommerce expert responsible for maintaining an organized, high-performing, and conversion-focused website.
