Electrician/HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrician/HVAC Technician to maintain and repair electrical/HVAC systems on residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in both electrical work/HVAC systems, with a strong focus on safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards Test systems and ensure proper functionality Collaborate with other trades and project teams Requirements Experience as an HVAC Technician or Electrician (either experience accepted) Knowledge of HVAC systems/electrical systems Strong troubleshooting skills Valid driver’s license Familiarity with safety regulations Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications or licenses (electrician, HVAC) Experience in commercial or large-scale projects Ability to work independently with minimal supervision No slow seasons – steady year-round work Dispatch support (less admin, more earning) No micromanagement – we trust skilled techs High earning potential with bonus structure Fast-growing company with leadership opportunities Schedule Monday–Friday Optional overtime Rotating on-call schedule (extra pay) Compensation & Benefits $25–$45/hour based on experience Weekly performance bonuses Overtime available year-round Company vehicle + gas card Paid time off + holidays Paid training & certification support Uniforms provided Career growth into Lead Tech / Field Supervisor
