The role

You'll work directly with our CEO and co-founder as the operational engine that keeps him effective and the company moving.

You own the CEO's calendar, communications, and the coordination that compounds across the company—hiring, customer prep, company ops, travel, events. You treat his time as the company's most valuable resource and protect it accordingly. You'll also help build Rhythms' Business Partner agent—the AI teammate that handles this exact work for executives everywhere. Your daily playbook becomes the blueprint.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role at close range to a serial-entrepreneur CEO. You'll see every part of the business—product, customers, hiring, strategy—and use that context to anticipate what's needed before it's asked.

What you'll do

- Run the CEO's calendar—investors, board members, customers, leadership team. Every meeting has context, an agenda, and a clear outcome. AI preps the briefs and summarizes the threads; you apply the judgment.

- Own company operations—leadership offsites, all-hands, onboarding, quarterly board materials. Be the connective tissue across a distributed team in Seattle, SF, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Automations handle the chasing; you handle the calls.
