The Role Responsibilities: Deliver high‑quality longlists and detailed market maps to support senior leadership and critical role hiring across EMEA, with a particular emphasis on executive‑level talent. Collaborate closely with Executive Search Partners to shape search strategies and translate business priorities into structured, insight‑driven research plans. Contribute to search kick‑off meetings with Executive Search Partners and Hiring Managers, providing market intelligence and guiding the direction of each search. Identify and discreetly engage senior‑level talent, offering informed perspectives on candidate interest, availability and market positioning. Serve as a trusted talent market adviser, delivering insights on external talent dynamics, competitor movements and broader leadership trends. Support the development of industry and functional research by continuously monitoring relevant markets and competitive landscapes. Who You Are Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in executive search research within a retained search firm, supporting senior leadership and C‑suite mandates, or equivalent experience within a high‑end in‑house executive recruitment function. Proven track record supporting senior‑level searches, including targeted candidate identification and initial engagement.
