The Role:
As Paddle’s Executive Support Coordinator, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to members of the Executive Committee (ExCo), helping to ensure their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, President and CFO, you will play a key role in managing diaries, travel, expenses, and general coordination across the Executive team. You’ll take ownership of administrative tasks and processes, enabling executives and the EA to stay focused on strategic priorities.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment and takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality support.
What you'll do:
Diary & scheduling
- Manage calendars for selected ExCo members, ensuring schedules are well-structured and optimised
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust plans as priorities shift
Travel & logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport
- Build clear, detailed itineraries
- Support with changes and disruptions, ensuring smooth execution
Expenses & administration
- Prepare and submit expenses in line with company policies
- Help with general administration as required by the ExCo member
