JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions. This role combines software engineering, solution design, and customer-facing execution, with a strong focus on turning real customer needs into working systems that deliver measurable value.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Partner with customers to understand workflows, technical environments, and success criteria

- Support pre-sales discovery and technical solution shaping

- Design and prototype AI-native applications and agents

- Build and deploy production-ready systems

- Integrate with APIs, enterprise systems, and customer environments

- Troubleshoot issues and unblock adoption

- Translate business needs into executable technical solutions

- Identify product gaps and edge cases from customer work

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to feed back implementation insights

- Build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
