What We Can Achieve Together: The Foundation Relations Manager will work as part of the New Hampshire development team and is responsible for managing a portfolio of foundations and individual donors. They will demonstrate a deep understanding of foundation partnerships and fundraising principles. They will manage the private proposal and reports calendar and help lead the organization’s foundation fundraising, tracking and meeting multiple deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate management of grants, proposals, reports, and other personalized communications for foundation and other donor audiences, developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of 15-20 foundations and foundation representatives and 10-15 individual donors, and identifying new foundation fundraising opportunities. They will be responsible for developing proposals and making direct asks to meet funding needs for both global and local priorities. They involve and engage appropriate partners in the field and throughout the New Hampshire office, keeping them apprised of interactions, issues and/or concerns, and address questions as needed. They will be required to use the Conservancy’s donor database and will develop proposals.
