ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fulfillment Executive to join our team at Multiverse initially on a fixed term contract. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of the candidate admissions journey, acting as the lead architect and voice of the Multiverse experience for over 20,000 learners annually.

You will serve as an expert guide, steering candidates from their first point of contact through to successful enrolment. You will own the "big picture" of the funnel—delivering high-impact information sessions, overseeing rigorous eligibility assessments, and ensuring perfect role-fit evaluation.
