The Role We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with strong experience in retail banking and lending domains to work on client-facing banking transformation and digital initiatives. This role involves working with global banking clients to gather requirements, define functional solutions, and support delivery across digital banking, core banking, and lending platforms. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile delivery environment Key Responsibilities: Engage with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications including BRD, FRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Define end-to-end functional workflows, process maps, and business rules. Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with client expectations. Work on retail banking products such as current accounts, savings accounts, deposits, cards, and digital banking channels. Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure accurate solution implementation Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect triaging. Participate in issue analysis, impact assessment, and resolution tracking. Validate solutions against business requirements and regulatory expectations.
