As a Functional Analyst at Kyndryl, you will be supporting and leading the analysis, design, and delivery of banking solutions. The role involves translating business needs into solution specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with business goals, technology standards, and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and system requirements under guidance Assist in capturing solution, performance, and security requirements along with user stories and acceptance criteria Support analysis of dependencies and change impact assessments Support development of solution documentation and design artifacts Assist in creating data mappings and data flow documentation Contribute to data modelling activities under supervision Collaborate with business stakeholders, and act as a bridge between business and technology teams Participate in Agile ceremonies (PI planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Support translation of business needs into implementation-ready specifications Prepare and execute test cases and scripts Support defect logging, tracking, and resolution Assist stak...
