ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re building and scaling a high-growth D2C product used by hundreds of thousands of users globally. We move fast, ship often, and continuously optimize how users interact with the product.

We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, and hands-on Growth & CRO Specialist to help us improve our funnels, increase conversion, and drive retention.

This is not a “support” role. You won’t just analyze data and write reports - you will identify problems, propose solutions, and build prototypes to validate your ideas.

You’ll work at the intersection of data, UX, and experimentation, working closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering.

This role is best suited for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset - someone who likes building, experimenting, taking ownership, and learning fast from real-world feedback.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze product funnels to identify drop-offs, friction points, and inefficiencies.

- Continuously benchmark competitors and identify high-impact opportunities.

- Formulate clear, data-backed hypotheses to improve conversion and retention.

- Build functional prototypes and flows using modern tools (including AI) to quickly validate ideas.

- Work closely with Product and Engineering to bring experiments to production.

- Analyze experiment results and turn them into clear next steps.

- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail across all experiments and UI/UX changes.

- Take ownership of improving key parts of the user journey end-to-end.
