At Yokly, you’ll support one of our growing clients by owning the full lead-to-conversion journey — from first inquiry to booked call to enrolled customer. This is not just a marketing role. What You’ll Own (Your Impact) Faster response time to new leads Higher quality and volume of inquiries Improved conversion (lead → booked → customer) Clean, organized CRM pipelines Clear reporting and continuous optimization What You’ll Do 🔹 Growth Marketing (Primary) Run and optimize Facebook / Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns Test audiences, creatives, and offers Track results and continuously improve performance Maintain a simple monthly campaign plan 🔹 CRM & Lead Conversion (Primary) Manage lead follow-ups (email, SMS, calls) Build and improve GoHighLevel automations Ensure every lead has a clear status and next step Maintain pipeline accuracy (tags, notes, stages) 🔹 Operations & System Support (Secondary) Support onboarding and scheduling workflows Maintain organized tracking sheets and documentation Ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales 🔹 Continuous Improvement Identify bottlenecks in the funnel Improve workflows, automations, and messaging Deliver weekly updates + monthly performance reports Tools You’ll Use GoHighLevel (CRM + automation) Meta Ads Manager Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) Basecamp AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) What Makes You a Great Fit ✅ Core Requirements 2+ years experience in: Digital marketing / paid ads CRM / marketing operations Sales or lead conversion pipelines Hands-on experience running Meta Ads Strong English communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented ✅ Mindset You think in systems, not just tasks You care about conversion, not just traffic You are proactive and solution-oriented You can manage multiple moving parts independently ⭐ Bonus GoHighLevel experience Experience with service-based or education businesses Copywriting or campaign messaging experience Why This Role is Different Most marketing roles stop at generating leads.
