As a Guest Relations Partner, you are the heart of The Flex guest journey โ€” ensuring every guest feels supported, welcomed, and truly cared for from the moment they book to checkout.

Youโ€™ll combine empathy, operational precision, and smart problem-solving to deliver an elevated service experience that blends human connection with technology-driven efficiency.

This is a dynamic, people-first role โ€” ideal for someone who loves helping others, thrives under pressure, and wants to contribute to a new global standard in hospitality.

โš™๏ธ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Support โ€“ Serve as the main point of contact via chat, email, and phone โ€” responding promptly, kindly, and professionally.

Seamless Stays โ€“ Coordinate check-ins, checkouts, verifications, and local requests to ensure smooth experiences.

Issue Resolution โ€“ Own problems from start to finish, finding creative solutions that turn challenges into moments of delight.

Proactive Communication โ€“ Anticipate guest needs, share timely updates, and provide thoughtful recommendations.

Feedback & Insights โ€“ Collect guest feedback, identify patterns, and help improve our systems and service standards.

Cross-Team Collaboration โ€“ Work closely with Operations, Product, and Tech to elevate the entire guest journey.

๐Ÿง  WHAT YOU BRING

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French or other languages are a plus)

- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or short-term rentals

- Tech-savvy โ€” confident with PMS, CRM, and digital communication tools

- Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented, even in high-pressure situations

- Detail-focused, proactive, and genuinely passionate about people and service
