ROLE OVERVIEW

We're seeking a Head of BizTech Program Management to own the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of technology initiatives across Harvey's Business Technology portfolio — spanning IT, People Systems, GTM Systems, and Finance Systems. You'll partner closely with the Head of Business Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to define what we build, when we build it, and how we measure success.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You'll be responsible for both the overall shape of the BizTech portfolio and the hands-on management of our most strategic programs, including Lead-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire, and global expansion initiatives.
