THE ROLE
As Head of Social & Influencer Marketing at OnePay, you will define and lead our social strategy as a core growth and brand lever, shaping how millions of customers discover, engage with, and trust our brand. You will:
- Rebuild and reinvent OnePay’s social presence with a fresh POV, modern brand voice, and platform-specific identities
- Build frameworks for content planning, trend forecasting, calendars, workflows, and measurement
- Lead the creation of thumb-stopping, conversation-driving social content across all platforms
- Partner closely with Brand, Product and Performance Marketing to ensure social reinforces brand storytelling and campaign moments
- Oversee creator collaborations, influencer strategy, and social-first partnerships
- Use data to guide content decisions, trend identification, resource allocation, and optimizations
