Position Summary The HEDIS Strategy Analyst role will provide critical support to the Project Manager by driving process improvement initiatives and assisting with business project management activities within the HEDIS Business Optimization team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring rates across measures and contracts and lead small projects to support HEDIS/Stars measure performance. What you will do Supports the successful execution of quality improvement initiatives and contributes to efforts that promote excellence in healthcare delivery. Assists the Project Manager with healthcare quality projects, performance improvement activities, and related initiatives. Works under close supervision to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, helping assess process or product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Performs routine audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to established quality standards and helps identify core areas where enhancements are needed. Drafts regular quality reports while presenting findings and communicating trends, performance, and improvement opportunities to management and stakeholders. Required Qualifications 1–2 years of relevant work experience or project support experience. Proficient in Excel skills including formulas, data and cell manipulating.
