We’re looking for a HR Lead to lead People Operations for our India business - NIRA.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll own HR for India β€” partnering closely with local leadership and our global People team to build a strong, compliant, and scalable employee experience.

Based in Bangalore (hybrid), you’ll lead a small team while acting as the trusted HR partner for employees and managers across the organization.

Location: Bangalore, India (hybrid)

How you'll make an impact

- Own HR operations in India β€” payroll, benefits, and day-to-day people processes

- Ensure full statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, and employment law)

- Act as the go-to HR partner for employees and managers

- Lead and develop a local HR team

- Support onboarding, performance, and employee growth initiatives

- Maintain clean, accurate HR data and reporting

- Partner with global teams to support hiring and scaling efforts

Why you're a great fit

- 10+ years of experience in HR, with strong India operations expertise

- Deep understanding of compliance, payroll, and employment law in India

- Experience managing HR end-to-end in a growing organization

- Strong stakeholder management and employee trust-building skills

- Experience leading and coaching team members

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
