We work closely with a globally recognized compliance and license enforcement partner to support international customer engagement and software regularization programs. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead, coach, and develop a team of engagement and investigation professionals to foster a high-performance culture. Set clear goals and execution standards across outreach, investigation support, and customer engagement. Track team KPIs, conversion performance, and campaign effectiveness to turn data into practical actions. Analyze engagement pipelines and customer behavior to identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities. Own regular operational reporting for internal leadership and global partners to ensure absolute visibility. Support escalation handling, complex negotiations, and strategic decision-making when senior intervention is required. WHAT YOU BRING 2+ years of team leadership or people management experience in target-driven environments like sales operations or compliance. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data, pipeline movement, and performance trends. Hands-on experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and structured operational tracking tools. Exceptional stakeholder management skills for communicating clearly with internal teams and international partners. A motivational leadership style focused on coaching, driving accountability, and improving team performance. Comfort working in dynamic, fast-moving environments where ownership and adaptability matter.
