THE ROLE

The Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for providing terrific solutions to StickerYou’s business and consumer clients with a focus on promotional products. As an integral part of our growing team, you will assist in closing and processing inbound sales by recommending product solutions and ensuring our customers have a great brand experience from design to delivery. We are looking for someone with a positive personality who embraces technology and will make sure our customers have a great brand experience. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond promptly to inbound leads and support requests via email, delivering outstanding customer service and excellent business email etiquette

- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, conducting introductory presentations, and understanding account requirements

- Recommend customized promotional product solutions by leveraging product knowledge (we'll teach you) and understanding customer needs through effective questioning
