ROLE OVERVIEW
The Integrated Marketing Manager will take ownership of paid media campaign execution while leading integrated marketing strategies across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. This role is responsible for campaign optimization, data analysis, client collaboration, team mentorship, and supporting broader social media and SEO initiatives to drive measurable business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Media Campaign Execution
- Own paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Lead account setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and account hierarchy management
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive conversions and achieve KPIs
Data-Driven Strategy & Recommendations
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Analyze trends to explain campaign performance and recommend next steps based on data findings
Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop and maintain client-facing reporting dashboards using tools such as GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Looker Studio
- Regularly evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights
