ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Engineer based in Spain to lead our internal technical operations and ensure our team functions without friction. You will be the first point of contact for all things tech—from onboarding new hires to managing access and maintaining our office infrastructure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Technical Support (Tier 1): Resolve hardware (macOS/Windows) and software incidents via our ticketing system.

- Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure every new hire in the region has their equipment configured and access ready from the very first minute of Day 1.

- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage user lifecycles and permission changes across our corporate tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).

- Device Management (MDM): Enroll and oversee our fleet of laptops using MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, or similar) to ensure 100% compliance with security policies.

- Office Infrastructure: Maintain local connectivity (WiFi/Networking), video conferencing systems (Zoom/Google Meet), and hardware inventory at our Spain office.

MUST-HAVES

- Experience: 0–2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration.
