As a Platform Lead Middleware at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Key Responsibilities : Install, configure, and manage middleware platforms including Kafka, IBM MQ, ESB, and WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift (Kubernetes-based platform) Design and maintain messaging and integration solutions for distributed systems Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability of middleware components Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to messaging, integration, and application hosting Support application deployments and release management activities Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance of middleware systems Implement security, access control, and compliance policies Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams Automate routine tasks and improve operationa...
