Core Skills: Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking abilities to ensure 100% accuracy without omissions or additions. Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication when necessary. Technical Requirements: Steady wired internet connection. USB wired headset. PC/Laptop with Windows 10 or Mac. A quiet, secure, and distraction-free workspace. Your Responsibilities: Handle interpretation calls professionally following the interpreter’s code of conduct. Master industry-specific vocabulary (Healthcare/Medical) through our provided training. Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and participate in ongoing quality sessions.
