As a Lead Director, Pop Health - Specialty Care, you will play a critical role in supporting our Oak Street Health patients, providers and business by l eading programs targeted at improving the Specialty care experience for patients and care teams and reducing specialty-care-related medical costs. The Lead Director will lead a team accountable for achieving specific objectives and key results, and will report directly to the VP, Specialty Care. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be extremely detail-oriented, comfortable taking ownership & following up, be self-directed, and enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced environment, while bringing their experience and innovative ideas.
