Position Summary Lead development of advanced analytics to enhance CVS Specialty customer service to providers to drive customer loyalty and business growth Leverage technology depth to engage with key leaders across the enterprise to identify new applications of artificial intelligence in CVS Specialty pharmacy Collaborate with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analyses, data reports and performance metrics Use strong knowledge in algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions Use strong programming skills to explore, examine and interpret large volumes of data in various forms Required Qualifications 5+ years of analytic experience independently driving analysis and initiatives with track record of business impact 5+ years of data science experience, preferred in consulting experience 5+ years of experience with advanced machine learning techniques, such as generalized linear models, tree-based models, clustering, natural language processing, and deep learning Familiarity with GenAI trends and technologies including major LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, etc.) as well as archetypal GenAI solutions (RAG, co-pilots, document summarization, etc.) Prior experience using and managing projects leveraging Cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks) Expert level programming skills in Python, SQL Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders, execute level communication and influencing skills Highly m...
