Position Summary: As a Lead Director – Finance Systems & Process Transformation, you will lead and deliver large-scale finance transformation programs across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead end‑to‑end finance transformation initiatives—defining strategy, overseeing complex program execution, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to modernize finance processes, systems, and operating models. You’ll be recognized as a strategic leader with deep finance and transformation expertise, a strong executive presence, and a proven ability to drive change across global enterprises. Experience supporting M&A‑driven finance transformations is highly valued and considered a strong differentiator. Key Responsibilities Finance Transformation Leadership Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, including system modernization, integration of acquired entities to EP, and data/analytics improvements. Define transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy, value creation objectives, and financial outcomes. Drive adoption of best practices across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Treasury. Program & Execution Management Oversee complex, multi-workstream finance transformation programs, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget.
