Lead Finance Specialist - Accounting Operations

We are looking for a Lead Finance Specialist – Accounting Operations to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial records across the region while driving high-quality close, statutory reporting, and governance processes. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Corporate teams, and external stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close activities, support statutory and US GAAP reporting, manage reconciliations, and strengthen internal controls. You will also help lead transformation and simplification initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across legal entities. Job Description Key Responsibilities Support the monthly and quarterly close, ensuring timely and accuracy, including FRP preparation Identification and booking of adjusting entries identified during and post-close Support the account reconciliation process implementation and drive preparation, review and open-item resolution Develop and execute any necessary remediation plans for unreconciled account reconciliations and monitor and collaborate with other functions to assure completeness Drive quality account reconciliation reviews to ensure application of accounting standards across all legal entities in scope, consistency and accuracy.
