ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Lead Trainer is a highly skilled individual contributor responsible for delivering and upholding the highest standards of operational training for BRINC’s sUAS platforms and DFR (Drone as First Responder) ecosystem. This role requires maintaining expert-level proficiency in BRINC hardware, software, and supporting technologies while serving as the primary trainer for an assigned U.S. region. The Training Lead ensures training excellence across BRINC’s network of regional contract trainers, overseeing their certification, performance, and readiness to support public safety partners. Operating with minimal supervision, this role reports directly to the Director of Training and requires up to 50% travel. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational discipline, a background in public safety training, and demonstrated experience working with specialized technologies and equipment relevant to police, fire, or emergency operations.
