The Role We are looking for a talented and highly creative Visual Designer to join Kyndryl Vital team. This role sits at the intersection of visual design, digital product thinking, and emerging AI technologies. We are looking forward to your help in imagining and shaping the next generation of technological experiences powered by generative AI and agentic AI, providing a clear, memorable, and consistent experience. Who You Are Profile At least 2-5 years of experience in Visual, UI, or Digital Product Design A strong visual designer with solid understanding of UX and interaction principles Curious, proactive, and excited about the future of AI in digital experiences A team player with a creative mindset and attention to detail Design & Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems) Strong skills in visual design: typography, composition, color, branding, and layout Experience creating and maintaining design systems Ability to create interactive prototypes that communicate product concepts clearly Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or similar collaboration tools AI & Innovation (Highly Valued) Experience designing AI-powered features or...
