The ABA Case Coordinator is a high-impact operations professional responsible for the seamless execution of client-therapist scheduling, authorization management, and service continuity. Positioned at the vital junction of clinical operations and client services, this role ensures that every client receives their prescribed care while therapists maintain balanced, efficient schedules. This is a proactive, high-ownership role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Reviewing and coding medical records accurately (CPT, ICD-10) Submitting clean claims and resolving denials Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on unpaid claims

What You’ll Be Responsible For Delivering accurate patient assessments and care plans in a remote setting Providing timely, empathetic patient communication and education Monitoring patient progress and proactively identifying risks Ensuring complete, compliant, and accurate clinical documentation Escalating high-risk cases within defined SLAs What You’ve Done Before Supported patients in a clinical or telehealth environment

What You’ll Be Responsible For Coordinating patient appointments, follow-ups, and care journeys Managing inbound and outbound patient communication Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Proactively reducing missed appointments and delays Acting as the bridge between patients and care providers What You’ve Done Before Coordinated patient care, scheduling, or healthcare operations Managed high-volume communication (calls, SMS,
