The Role As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world. Key Responsibilities Manage client system data, ensuring daily solutions and security compliance. Prioritize and manage ticket queues, working directly with technicians to deliver effective solutions. Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive integration and continuous improvement. Work on varied projects, adapting to different industries (banking, retail, etc.). Ensure clear and effective communication with clients and partners, including in English. Develop management and organizational skills while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
