Position Summary: CVS Healthspire is seeking a Manager of Product to support the development and optimization of our Adherence Solutions product suite. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving healthcare solutions. Product team members are collectively obsessed with the client and end user’s needs, designing, and adjusting features to anticipate those needs through continual refinement of the product roadmap. The team oversees all aspects of the product management process, including product development, research, data analysis, marketing, sales, operations, and strategy. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet client expectations and deliver measurable value. This includes supporting go-to-market efforts, refining and launching product features, program monitoring, and driving program and financial performance through data insights. This role functions as a general manager, with end ‑ to ‑ end ownership of strategy, financial performance, operations, and go ‑ to ‑ market execution in addition to product development.
