Leveraging data-driven insights, the role proactively engages with healthcare professionals to address educational needs, minimize administrative burden, and prevent patient access barriers related to REMS program requirements. Travel for this position will be required. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Education, Data Analysis, Outreach, and Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate education for healthcare professionals, including virtual tutorials and on-demand training, to ensure clear understanding of REMS program requirements and REMS portal navigation. Generate, analyze, and report healthcare professional certification trends and track overdue tasks to identify educational opportunities and proactively support compliance with the REMS program requirements.
