We’re hiring a Social Content & Community Manager to join KAYAK’s North America marketing team and help transform our social presence! You’ll partner with our internal teams to create platform-native content at scale, drive engagement, and build an active community. If you know what works on social, can generate strong ideas, and execute them quickly and thoughtfully, we'd love to hear from you!

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Social Strategy and is a hybrid position based in Cambridge, MA.

In this role, you will:

- Own the social content creation process from ideation to execution, ensuring all content is anchored in our pillars and delivering against marketing objectives.

- Develop fresh, innovative ideas for both day-to-day content and larger social-first campaigns.

- Translate ideas into stories. Concept and produce content with a strong POV on which format serves which idea and channel best.

- Adapt KAYAK's unique brand voice and positioning to feel at home on each platform.

- Be a natural on camera: comfortable filming, presenting, and producing content yourself, while also knowing how to translate ideas into clear scripts and creative briefs for the wider team.
