Manager, Technical Solutions Business Owner LOCATION: Remote - preferably resides in/near DC; Tampa, Fl; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX 25% of Travel The Independent Agency Systems and Experience Team is seeking a Manager, Technical Solutions Business Owner talented, customer-focused and driven individual, to join our team and help to drive the transformation and expansion of our Independent Agency channel. In this position you will help to define, prioritize and lead teams to deliver new functionality for our customers. RESPONSIBILTIES: Owns the feature business prioritization and roadmap for a given workstream to drive priorities for the team taking into consideration various feedback mechanisms, value creating and cost to create value. Identifies and measures feature key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting and refining the roadmap as the data dictates. Works closely with other areas of the company to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions and how they impact the customer experience. Manages tech request intake, triage and communications Reports on performance to stakeholders demonstrating incremental value creation. Plays active role in user acceptance testing Define scalable product solutions by deep knowledge of internal and external customer habits.
