The Opportunity - Manager, Union Payroll Contracts (Remote - USA / Canada)
The Manager, Union Payroll Contracts oversees Wrapbook’s Contracts Administration function and the day-to-day work of Contract Administrators responsible for setting up union contracts for production in Wrapbook’s system. This role ensures new projects and agreements are reviewed accurately, contracts are set up and maintained correctly in Wrapbook systems, and operational contract support requests are handled within defined SLAs.
This role is the operational owner of the Contracts team’s Salesforce-first workflow, including queue management, escalations, exception management, and stakeholder visibility.
