The team operates with a strong emphasis on structure, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for owning and executing core marketing operations tasks across web, email, and internal workflows. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to manage day-to-day marketing coordination independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website & Content Management (WordPress)
- Upload, format, and maintain content on the company website using WordPress
- Update existing pages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely publishing
- Follow established layouts, templates, and internal guidelines
- Perform quality checks to ensure content is properly displayed and error-free
Email & CRM Execution
- Build and schedule email campaigns within the company’s CRM (e.g., Constant Contact or similar platforms)
- Manage contact lists, tags, and basic segmentation
- Ensure email content is deployed correctly and on schedule
- Support ongoing email execution independently
Marketing Coordination & Project Support
- Own and manage marketing-related tasks within Asana
- Move tasks between stages and team members to maintain workflow momentum
