Marketing Generalist Role Overview We’re looking for a Marketing Generalist to redeploy and relaunch the Reimbursify product. This role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and sales execution. It is ideal for someone who can establish a marketing strategy, create a plan, and execute. You’ll help assess the current state, identify gaps, and actively create marketing to launch and deploy into the market to drive app downloads and usage. Scope and Duration Time Commitment: ~20 hours/week Engagement Type: Contractor / Freelancer (Potential to convert to Full-Time) Start: ASAP Key Responsibilities Evaluate the current Reimbursify product, positioning, and user experience Manage go-to-market execution (messaging, tactics, flows) Coordinate across marketing and sales stakeholders Identify quick wins to improve usability, onboarding, and messaging Document processes, decisions, and learnings Required Skills & Experience 5+ years in marketing, product marketing, or startup roles Experience working on product launches or relaunches Strong problem-solving and execution skills Comfort working across functions and wearing multiple hats Clear communicator with strong organizational skills Nice to Have Background in fintech, healthcare, reimbursement, or payments Experience with MVPs, iteration, and early traction building Product marketing experience Compensation Target monthly budget for ~20 hours/week; final compensation will be aligned based on experience, scope, and agreed-upon deliverables.
