Position Summary CVS Health is offering a fully remote Data Analytics Manager position that will serve as a Senior or Lead Technical Architect . This role is responsible for establishing technical standards and delivering analytics solutions across multiple operational areas, with a focus on scalable and AI‑enabled capabilities. This position defines and maintains technical standards and industry best practices for the analytics team while delivering analytics and insights to support ClinOps, MTM, CRxM, and other operational areas . The role serves as the technical architect and subject matter expert, setting the overall technology direction and supporting secure, scalable, and AI‑enabled solutions. The position requires hands‑on expertise with both established and emerging technologies, including Dataiku, Teradata, Alteryx, Tableau, and modern analytics and AI tools . Responsibilities include supporting data integration, automation, and reporting across multiple data sources, with a strong emphasis on automating manual processes and enabling data staging for Tableau dashboards. This role collaborates closely with business and operations partners to understand requirements, define business logic and metrics, and deliver Tableau KPIs that support clinical, MTM, and CRxM operational insights and exception management.
