The Role As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world. To provide 2nd and 3rd line support to our global technical community, in conjunction with our managed service partners. To onboard user directories from new acquisitions and existing companies as required. To integrate applications into our IDAM service for the purpose of authentication, authorisation and provisioning where available. To assist in the implementation of strategic objectives in the IDAM space. To maintain artefacts relating to IDAM configuration items. To participate in the IDAM Change Management process.
