ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Operations Associate, you will join our central Applied AI function to help scale our business units through technical systems and process-oriented thinking. You’ll move beyond administrative support to become a strategic partner, optimising performance across resourcing, financial tracking, and project health.

This role offers a unique vantage point to see across the entire company, providing the autonomy to shape evolving processes and embed AI into our internal operations. It’s an entrepreneurial opportunity to drive operational excellence in a high-growth, innovative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Optimising business unit performance by aiding in financial management, project coordination, and the monitoring of project margins to identify and escalate risks.

- Managing workforce planning data within forecasting tools to ensure accurate resourcing and identifying underutilised talent for strategic initiatives.
