As the company continues expanding, they are focused on improving internal organization, operational efficiency, communication workflows, and day-to-day coordination across the business.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day operational functions across the business while helping leadership maintain organization, accountability, and operational efficiency. This role will focus on scheduling, communication, administrative coordination, process support, and operational organization across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONAL COORDINATION & SUPPORT
- Assist with coordinating day-to-day operational workflows and internal processes.
- Help ensure projects, operational initiatives, and tasks move forward efficiently.
- Support leadership and operations teams with administrative and coordination-related responsibilities.
- Maintain organization across operational systems, documentation, and internal processes.
SCHEDULING & COMMUNICATION
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting organization.
- Assist with responding to emails and internal communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate follow-ups, task tracking, and operational accountability across teams.
- Support communication workflows through Slack and other internal platforms.
