Role Overview

The Paid Ads Specialist will execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads. The Paid Ads Specialist will manage ad budgets, analyze performance data, refine targeting, and collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure top-performing campaigns. This role requires hands-on experience in paid media execution, real-time optimization, and the ability to modify or enhance creative assets, particularly for Facebook ads.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization

- Execute paid campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, ensuring performance and delivery.

- Manage ad placements to reach the right audience at the right time within budget.

- Adjust budgets based on performance insights to maximize efficiency.

- Conduct A/B testing to identify top-performing elements and strategies.

- Stay up-to-date with Facebook and Google updates to keep campaigns competitive.

- Continuously analyze data, adjust targeting, and refine campaigns for best ROI.

Targeting & Strategy

- Develop and refine ad targeting strategies to reach key demographics and audience segments.

- Ensure alignment between paid media efforts and broader marketing objectives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track and measure campaign performance, including CTR, conversions, and ROI.

- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to internal teams.

- Generate reports that support decision-making and ongoing optimization.

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with the creative team to develop ad copy and design aligned with campaign goals.

- Provide recommendations on creative best practices for Facebook.

Qualifications

Experience

- 2–4 years of hands-on paid media management, especially Facebook Ads.

- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or medical aesthetics sector is a plus.

- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization.

- Experience with budget management and efficient ad spend allocation.

Skills

- Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads (required); Google Ads experience is highly advantageous.

- Strong understanding of ad setup, optimization, and performance tracking.

- Efficient budget allocation and optimization across campaigns.

- Able to modify and optimize creatives (copy, imagery, format) to improve Facebook performance.

- Ability to adapt strategies based on real-time data.

- Strong communication skills for collaborating and reporting.

- Familiarity with effective creative formats for Facebook and ability to optimize assets.

Bonus

- Experience working with white-label marketing tools or multi-client campaign setups.

- Previous exposure to SaaS platforms or embedded marketing tech.

- Strong creative sense, knows how to adapt visuals and messaging for Facebook performance.

- Portfolio of past campaigns or case studies, ideally within health, wellness, or fitness.
