We are looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our team in South Korea on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, execution, and optimisation of Paid Search campaigns, primarily in Google Ads, for a small portfolio of local and regional clients. You will work closely with teams across the APAC region to ensure delivery excellence and strong performance outcomes.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is both strategic and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across markets. Experience working with retail/ecommerce brands and clients advertising outside of Korea will be highly regarded.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, implement, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads for local and regional/global clients.

- Manage performance reporting, campaign analysis, and budget pacing to ensure clients meet their KPIs.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve account structure, targeting, bidding, and ad copy performance.

- Collaborate with regional Paid Media teams to ensure consistent strategy execution across markets.

- Monitor campaign tracking and data integrity using Google Analytics or other measurement tools.

- Support account and channel growth opportunities by identifying trends and recommending innovations.

- Maintain clear, timely communication with internal stakeholders in English.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3–5 years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns, ideally in an agency or performance marketing environment.

- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (required).

- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Search Ads 360 (SA360) preferred.

- Proven ability to manage retail or ecommerce client accounts, with experience across multiple markets or languages considered a strong plus.

- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven optimisation and reporting.

- Excellent written and spoken English; Korean language skills a plus but not mandatory.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.

- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You use data to guide decisions and ensure campaigns run flawlessly.
