About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Payroll Lead to support the execution and operational excellence of our U.S. payroll program. This role will focus on payroll operations, partnering closely with Accounting and People Systems to ensure payroll is processed accurately, compliantly, and on schedule every cycle.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will own day-to-day payroll execution and act as a key operator in the payroll process, ensuring payroll data integrity, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting reconciliation and reporting activities.

What You'll Do

- Execute Payroll Operations

- Process bi-weekly U.S. payroll in partnership with the Payroll Manager, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution.

- Manage payroll inputs including compensation changes, variable pay, adjustments, and off-cycle payments.

- Review EOR and international contractor payroll changes, including submitting compensation and PR updates in Deel

- Review payroll registers and supporting reports prior to final approval.

- Maintain Payroll Accuracy

- Audit payroll data each cycle to ensure accurate earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.
