WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own and run end-to-end People Operations within the Philippines, ensuring our people processes, policies, and systems scale smoothly as Heidi grows
- Manage core People Ops functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and people data accuracy across Philippines region
- Own and continuously improve our People systems and tools (e.g. HRIS, people platforms), ensuring efficient workflows, clean data, and a seamless employee experience
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws and legislation collaborating with Legal and Finance to maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Partner with leads to help their teams grow, through clear role design, pathways, feedback mechanisms, and growth conversations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as IT, People Tech, Finance, and Legal to deliver smooth employee experiences, system integrations, and operational improvements
